• How heavy is the trolley, and can my child lift the kids' version?

Our "Little Rider, Big Organiser" Kids Tower is scaled specifically to be perfectly easy and lightweight for young riders to roll, handle, and stack by themselves on horse holidays.
• Can I leave the storage tower outside the stables in winter?
  Yes, 100%. The entire system is engineered from cold-weather frost-resistant polymer that will never crack or shatter in freezing British winters. Every drawer and junction features heavy-duty tongue-and-groove rubber environmental seals to permanently lock out barn dampness, yard mud, dust, and rodents.
• Do I have to unstack the top drawers to get to the bottom cabinet?
  Not at all. Every drawer module is fitted with smooth, front-sliding tracking rails. You can fully extend any drawer or open the lower cabinet instantly while the whole tower remains completely stacked and locked together.
• Are the drawers restricted inside for specific brushes?
  No, we keep our small and medium drawers completely open and spacious inside. This ensures they are fully adaptable for all your unique storage requirements, allowing riders to easily organize grooming brushes, passports, bandages, fly sprays, or any yard items without restrictive molded inserts.

• Will my extra-large wide-brim show hat fit without getting crushed?
  Yes, perfectly! The helmet vault features an advanced internal S-wave curved partition wall that harvests empty space around the boot ankle area and pushes it forward. This creates a zero-crush protective cradle specifically designed for premium wide-brim show hats (like the Samshield Miss Shieldor KASK Star Lady) without putting any pressure on the visor.
• How does the bag protect my expensive leather tall boots?
  Your boots stand completely upright on their soles inside the rear vault, permanently preventing leather collapsing or ankle creasing. Inside, a thick, micro-fleece padded central separator wall isolates each boot in its own cage, ensuring metal spur studs, dirt, or heavy rear zippers never scratch your delicate competition leather during transit.
• Do I need to take the bag off the trolley to get my gear out?
  No. The bag is engineered to clip sideways flat against the side wall of the modular drawer tower. This alignment keeps the unit tightly integrated and streamlined within the trolley footprint while leaving the top chest lid, the front helmet door, and the rear boot suitcase door fully exposed. You can unzip and access every single compartment simultaneously while the bag stays locked to the moving tower.
• Is the luggage system waterproof and easy to clean after a muddy show day?
  Yes. The exterior is crafted from heavy-duty, marine-grade technical canvas with a matte waterproof face coating. It is completely scratch-proof and non-porous—you can literally blast yard mud off with a hose or wipe it down with a damp stable sponge in seconds.
